A 10-day visit to the newly established PCL-level Midwifery Institute at Gaur Polytechnic Institute, as part of the faculty exchange program, supported in assistance with UNFPA, proved to be highly productive. The planned activities were successfully implemented, focusing on providing insights into midwifery simulation practices, managing abnormal labor, coaching and mentoring in classroom and clinical settings, and addressing challenges in curriculum implementation.
By the end of the visit, significant progress was evident. skill proficiency enhanced educational outcomes for both educators and students, fostering an ideal environment for hands-on learning and skill development. Additionally, comprehensive plans for future activities were established, ensuring sustained progress beyond the visit.
