General Assembly is the supreme body of organization which elects executive committee in every three years. General Assembly also has authority to the
approval of financial and progress report of organization carried out in past year and also directs to adopt certain policies and programmes and the
amendment of existing policies and programmes.
Executive Committee has the authority to develop policies and programmes of organization in depth and take all organizational responsibilities as per
the guidance of General Assembly. Executive Committee will hold meeting in every two months to the approval of already adopted policies and programmes
and to make new decisions. Executive committee will also have authority to the formation of General Secretariat who has authorized to lead day-to-day
office works as per the given authority by the executive committee. Executive committee will also have authority to the nomination of five member advisory
board as per the need of organization.
Secretariat will led by either executive Chairperson or Secretary or the person specified by the decision of executive committee. Secretariat will have
responsibilities for the operation of day-to-day office work, contacting volunteers, members, professional group and network organizations, fundraising,
building partnership and networking with national and international organizations, implementation of project activities, management and supervision of
other staffs and volunteers and other essential work as per the need of organization.
General members, volunteers, professional groups and the network organization will work under the policy thrust of organization as per the decision of
General assembly. General members will have authority to be the delegate of General Assembly where as volunteers, professional group and the network
organizations’ representative will be the observer of the assembly.
